The annual Canadian Food Festival will introduce a wide range of seafood
including lobster, oysters, snow crab, black cod, Atlantic salmon and
mussels, in addition to Canadian wines and spirits, maple syrup,
Ambrosia apples and dried fruits.
With around 57,000 travellers pouring into Phu Quoc
in the first quarter of this year, Viet Nam''s largest island is fast
becoming the gem in the country''s tourism crown.
The 2013 Canadian Food Festival will be launched at the Seafood Express
restaurant at the Royal City shopping mall today in the presence of
guest chef Cameron Stauch.
